Passionate owners make this place shine

We spent an evening at The Meadows for a friend's birthday party - we had a private group take over the little shop on NE Mississippi for a chocolate, salt and wine tasting party...The owner of the shop is extremely passionate about salt and chocolate - which may sound a little crazy, but after spending an evening with him we have been converted...I'll never buy salt from the grocery store again - get all your salt and chocolate from this shop from now on and you won't be sorry...I'm a big fan of wine and after drinking it seriously for 5 years I know can distinguish different varietals, but I never knew that chocolate and salt can have such distinct flavors when you try different types...My world has officially been rocked - pun intended.
