Eco Fashion Week in Vancouver with Filly

Portland's not the only Pacific Northwestern region trying to harness the movement for more sustainable practices in garment production. Vancouver's Eco Fashion Week officially kicks off today with a VIP party before launching into a roster of events that conclude on the 25th. If you happen to be in the area, don't miss Thursday's runway presentations, where's Portland's own Filly will represent! "I am to show 15 looks on a 60 foot runway," says Filly designer Emily Christensen. "In contrast to other fashion weeks, EFW will focus solely on environmentally friendly designers and practices. It is sure to be quite an experience." Stay tuned for photos of the show, and in the meantime here's a sneak peek at the Spring line, available in stores April 15!
