Staple burger, beer and movie night.

Like so many of the McMenamins pubs, the Mission is great for a beer and a cheap movie, live music or a sports game. My favorite movie night is Wednesdays: movie, burger and beer for $11, and for the kiddies, check out their Sunday matinees. Take note: McMenamins does not have what you would call 5 star food or service, but it's easy, decent food and a truly Portland experience.
